PTFE Film Adhesive Tape is a high-performance tape made with a very thin PTFE film as its backing, coated on one or both sides with a high-performance silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive or acrylic adhesive.
Its structure is very simple:
A high-temperature-resistant silicone adhesive layer + a pure Teflon film layer.
Because its backing is 100% PTFE, it perfectly inherits all the inherent properties of Teflon and generally surpasses fiberglass cloth-based tape in flexibility and surface smoothness.
Features:
· Excellent flexibility: Softer than PTFE Coated fiberglass adhesive tape, easily conforming to curved surfaces.
· Excellent anti-stick properties: Smooth surface, non-stick to most materials.
· Chemical inertness: Resistant to various chemicals.
· Temperature resistance: Similar to the gray version, with a temperature range of -70°C to 260°C.
